x64 packages support Intel or AMD 64-bit computers. Linux ARM64 (arm64 or aarch64) is currently unavailable.

macOS

ARM64Intel

ARM64 is for Apple Silicon Macs (M1 or newer). Choose Intel for Intel-based Macs.

First launch: OTTY is not notarized by Apple. After trying to open OTTY once, open System Settings → Privacy & Security, find the notice that OTTY was blocked, select Open Anyway, then confirm Open.
